America’s relationship with smoking and nicotine has changed drastically in recent generations. 

Though it once stood for status, sociability and even health, we now know that quitting is one of the best things you can do for well-being in the long term. 

But that doesn’t mean you have to stop cold turkey. Slowly replacing a smoking habit with healthier daily practices can help ease cravings and re-train your brain.
