When blood isn’t family: growing through estrangement 🤍
Mind Matters
with Shawna Sielert, LPC
There’s truth to the saying that family does not have to mean blood.
Family is supposed to love unconditionally and be a source of support throughout our lives. But there are times for safety and our mental health that cutting contact with family is necessary.

Shawna Sielert (Licensed Professional Counselor) talks growing through estrangement.
