If you’re single, this is likely a question you’re familiar with (and might bristle at!) from well-meaning friends and relatives. In a society built on coupling up, not having a romantic partner can feel isolating.

Being in a loving partnership has undeniable benefits for our overall health, but it’s not something you have, don’t fret. Having a romantic partner is not the only way you can find happiness and well-being. Your single status, for however long it may last, simply requires its own priorities and a shift in perspective for personal wellness.
