Just as those summer days start to feel slightly shorter, you may notice your child with a few more stomachaches, a bit more jitters, a little more worry.
It’s that time of year: back-to-school season. Going back to school is a significant annual transition in a child’s life, so it’s natural that they might feel nervous about a new academic and social routine after summer ends.
In fact, studies show that most kids do. Parents may feel some anxiety around re-establishing that routine, too. But together as a family, you and your kids can beat the summertime blues and ace the back-to-school routine.
